If you are having problems resetting your myNewcross password as it states it doesn't meet our password requirements, click on the Reset password button to have a new password reset token emailed to you.
Your password cannot be reset if your password reset token has expired. Requesting a new token will invalidate any previously requested tokens so please use the latest one received. Password tokens expire after one hour. Passwords must be at least 7 characters long and you cannot reuse your existing password.
If you have registered with an incorrect email address or no longer have access to your email account, then please register again using a valid email address that you have access too.
