Hydration


Water is a vital nutrient for life, but in a busy working environment it is each to overlook the importance of good hydration for our daily health.

 How much water should we drink?

1.6 litres of fluid per day for women (8 glasses of 200ml)

2.0 litres of fluid per day for men (10 glasses of 200ml)

Stopping Smoking


Quitting smoking can be a difficult step, but it is a positive step towards becoming healthier, saving money and preventing 

second-hand smoking for your friends, family 

and colleagues.


With the help of NHS Smoke Free you can sign up and receive 

support from a ‘Quit Kit’, tips and help in your area.

Health Advice

Mental Health Support

 

Every year one in four of us will experience some form of mental health. 

Mind is a charity platform which will listen, give support and advice and fight your corner. 

 

They provide expert, confidential advice and information to everyone affected by issues such as stress, depression and panic attacks to bereavement and sleeping issues.

Pregnancy Support

                

Newcross knows that you can have many questions and concerns whilst being pregnant.
